3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use the product images you submit.
  • Your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or laws.
  • You will not use our images for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.

4. Customization & Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of images and revisions. Revision limits are clearly stated per package.

Additional revisions are charged at $0.50 per revised image. Revision requests must align with the original project scope.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and package. Estimated timelines are communicated after order confirmation.

Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.

6. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made upfront.

Due to the custom nature of AI-generated work, refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Usage Rights

Clients receive commercial usage rights for final delivered images. Images may be used for:

  • Websites and E-commerce
  • Social Media
  • Advertising

Reselling or redistributing images as standalone assets is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

Lysder Mirror retains ownership of AI models and generation methods. Final outputs are licensed to the client for commercial use. Models may not be claimed as real individuals.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lysder Mirror is not liable for business losses, indirect or consequential damages, or misuse of delivered images. All services are provided “as is”.
